
CENTURIA BASS UPSIZES EXISTING BORROWER’S PRESENCE IN DEANSIDE TO GRV $93M

Centuria Bass’ existing subdivision construction facility in Deanside, VIC, which is set to create over 200 future homes, has been complemented by a second-stage land purchase facility to the same borrower. This increases the projected housing yield to over 450 new homes.
The site is situated within the Melton LGA, around 30km northwest of Melbourne's CBD, and is surrounded by established schools, recreational facilities, and retail amenities. Stages 1–3 of the initial subdivision are due to title in late 2024, with subsequent stages rolling out over the coming years to meet the needs of first homeowners and those seeking affordable price points. Additionally, the site offers convenient access to the Western Freeway and Melton Highway, contributing to increased demand in the area.
