Centuria Bass Credit has refinanced a 3.5-hectare development site 7km from the Geelong CBD. The site located in the suburb of Highton, is in close proximity to Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, Deakin University and Epworth Geelong Hospital. Geelong’s population is expected to grow 40% over the next 2 decades, particularly among a younger demographic, with the last census recording the largest gain within the 18-35-year-old demographic.

The facility which included a working capital release, will enable the borrower to fund planning approvals for a new community set to accommodate over 250 new residences once approved.
