CENTURIA BASS REFINANCES $68M WORTH OF RESIDUAL STOCK IN CANBERRA AT A 75% LVR
Centuria Bass Credit provided a senior secured loan to refinance $68m of commercial and residential properties located in both central and growing suburbs of Canberra. The high LVR enabled the borrower to refinance their current construction facility into a capitalised interest loan, that will utilise sales proceeds to service the facility over the loan term.
The subject properties include a recently completed townhouse community and childcare centre portfolio, located within close proximity to local schools, amenities, and connected by Canberra’s light rail. Canberra continues to experience growth in the government, education, and technology sectors, resulting in increased demand for both residential and commercial spaces, making the area an attractive investment location.
