Building on an established and trusted relationship with the broker and borrower, Centuria Bass responded quickly to this strategic opportunity for the borrower to secure a 5-acre parcel of land only 400 meters from the future Orchard Hills metro station. The station is one of six new stations currently under construction on the Western Sydney Airport Metro Line due to open in 2026, and will be the heart of a future residential, commercial, and mixed-use precinct.
