CENTURIA BASS FINANCES $45M TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT IN MELBOURNES NORTH
Centuria Bass Credit is providing a 70% LVR facility for the construction of two distinctive buildings accommodating 74 apartments and ground-floor retail in Melbourne’s northern suburb of Thomastown. The development will build on emerging High Street village retail amenities within the immediate vicinity and provide direct transit options to Melbourne’s CBD from Thomastown Station, which is a 200m walk for residents. The project will deliver much needed apartment supply priced for first-home buyers to qualify for stamp duty exemptions, and into a market that has experienced rising rents and low rental vacancy.
