Centuria Bass Credit acted quickly to support the purchase of a development site in Port Macquarie, by unlocking $19m of collateral, and refinancing a diversified portfolio of properties from a major bank to facilitate the acquisition. The restructured portfolio includes 164 HA of land comprising development sites and residential dwellings across multiple locations in NSW, providing a fully packaged solution for the borrower to complete their purchase.
