CENTURIA BASS EXPANDS CO-LIVING ASSET CLASS PORTFOLIO WITH SYDNEY BOARDING HOUSE

Centuria Bass has financed a 65% LVR construction facility in central Lane Cove, located only 9km from the Sydney
CBD. The facility enables the construction of a six-storey, 26-unit boarding house, catering to the strong demand for
affordable housing in Sydney’s metropolitan area. Boarding houses represent the simplest form of build-to-rent and are
assisting in driving the rapid expansion of the co-living asset class. Upon completion, the project’s prime location will
provide residents with ease of access to public transport, retail amenities, and an excess of local parks and recreational
areas.
Centuria Bass is excited to grow its metropolitan Sydney portfolio and strengthen its position in the build-to-rent asset
class.
