CENTURIA BASS CREDIT REFINANCES LAND ZONED FOR DEVELOPMENT ON NEW ZEALAND’S KAPITI COAST

Centuria Bass Credit has refinanced two parcels of land zoned for development with a NZD $35.95M GRV, 50km north of Wellington’s CBD. The parcels are located on the Kapiti Coast, one of the fastest-growing regions in the north of Wellington, with the population expected to grow by 55% within the next 30 years.

The properties have strong residential potential, holding consent to develop 545 residential lots. Both properties are located within proximity to retail amenities, beaches, schools and public transport with direct access to Wellington CBD. The location also benefits from recent infrastructure upgrades such as Transmission Gully and the Kapiti Expressway.
