In September 2024, Centuria Bass undertook a survey of our borrower and broker client base to learn more about current market conditions, how the landscape is changing and has changed in recent times, to help us better understand borrowers’ needs.

We surveyed 67 developers, investors, fund managers and brokers, and asked 20 questions addressing the property development and financing landscape. We have since prepared the Inaugural 2024 Centuria Bass Australian Property Development and Finance Index. This index will provide an annual research benchmark on Australia’s commercial real estate debt market to help us better understand the market trends that property developers and financiers are observing around the country.
