Giles is a founding partner of Centuria Bass, with a career spanning more than 25 years in investment banking and finance. Immediately prior to Centuria Bass, he held senior management positions at UBS Investment Bank, where he was Head of European Leveraged Finance for 10 years. During this period, he also led Asia Pacific Leveraged Finance, European Corporate Debt Capital Markets, and the European Debt Advisory/Restructuring business. Giles chaired UBS’ European Leveraged Finance Commitments Committee and served as a member of the Investment Banking Management Committee. Earlier in his career, he worked for J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong and Sydney, ANZ Investment Bank in Sydney, and Ferrier Hodgson in Melbourne.
