As Chief Financial Officer, Simon has been responsible for Centuria’s finance, information technology, and treasury functions since 2016. Alongside the Joint CEOs, Simon is responsible for the Group’s expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, and he has been instrumental in debt and equity raisings across all the Centuria listed entities, in particular Centuria Capital Limited.

Simon has more than 25 years’ experience across local and global financial markets and has held a range of senior financial positions which include Westfield Group and Westfield Trust.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Accounting and Marketing majors) from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). He is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a licensed Class 1 Agent for Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and Auctions.
