Giles is a founding partner of Centuria Bass and has a career spanning over 25 years in investment banking and finance. He has held senior management positions at UBS Investment Bank up to 2015 where he was Head of European Leveraged Finance for 10 years. In this period he also headed up Asia Pacific Leveraged Finance, European Corporate Debt Capital Markets and European Debt Advisory/ Restructuring business. Giles chaired UBS’s European Leveraged Finance Commitments Committee and served as a member of the Investment Banking Management Committee. Giles earlier in his career also worked at J.P. Morgan, Hong Kong and Sydney, ANZ Investment Bank Sydney and Ferrier Hodgson Melbourne.
