Australasian real estate funding solutions provider, Centuria Bass Credit (CBC or ‘Centuria Bass’), has appointed 20-year experienced real estate lending professional, Nick Reardon, as Executive Director – Origination to its Melbourne office.
Mr Reardon is well regarded across the domestic lending markets and brings a significant network of brokers, developers and private clients to his new role. He is responsible for growing Centuria Bass’ loan book throughout Victoria, reporting to Managing Director, Co-Head of Lending, David Stone.
Previously, he has held senior positions at Woodbridge Capital, Payton Capital and the Commonwealth Bank, working across land acquisition, construction finance, mixed‑use development, and industrial and commercial lending.
Significantly, Mr Reardon founded the mortgage‑broking business, Freedom Finance Australia, growing its loan book to $150 million before it was fully acquired by a related parent company in 2020.

Mr Reardon holds a Master of Business (Banking & Finance) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Arts (Police Studies & Politics) from Monash University and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
