Nick Reardon is an experienced real estate lending professional with more than 20 years across Australia’s commercial finance markets. Based in Centuria Bass’ Melbourne office, Nick is responsible for driving loan book growth throughout Victoria, leveraging his extensive relationships with brokers, developers and private clients.

Before joining Centuria Bass, Nick held senior roles at Woodbridge Capital, Payton Capital and the Commonwealth Bank, specialising in land acquisition, construction finance, mixed use development, and industrial and commercial lending. He also founded Freedom Finance Australia Mortgage Broking, successfully growing the business to a $150 million loan book.

Nick holds a Master of Business (Banking & Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (Police Studies & Politics) from Monash University, as well as a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.
