Deborah Ford, Executive Director

Origination, Loan Management

Deborah joined Centuria Bass Credit in 2025 and is responsible for the assessment and execution of new lending opportunities while overseeing the ongoing management and performance of the loan portfolio. She works closely with the origination and risk teams to ensure loans are originated and managed in line with the firm’s investment strategy and risk framework. Deborah is also responsible for managing and growing CBC’s institutional funding relationships.

Deborah brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance having previously held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, MaxCap Group and ANZ. Her expertise spans deal origination, relationship management, credit analysis, financial modelling, and portfolio management across a wide range of property sectors

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
