Head of Lending

David joined Centuria Bass Credit in 2025, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in mid-market property lending. He is responsible for identifying and securing new private credit lending opportunities, developing relationships with borrowers and introducers, and managing the deal pipeline from initial engagement through to credit approval and execution. Managing a team across Australia, David is also part of the senior leadership team.

Prior to CBC David held senior roles in the property divisions of CBA, St George, ING, and leadership roles at boutique private lenders, as well as heading the capital division at Bathla, a real estate development and construction group. He has managed loan books of up to $1 billion and holds a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Property Development and Planning from UTS.
