Centuria advises Bathla development receives occupation certificate

Centuria Capital Group advises that Bathla Group’s Sanctuary Quarter residential development in Rouse Hill, NSW has received an Occupation Certificate.

Subject to title issuance, the project will progress through the normal settlement process for sale of units including existing pre-sales.
